I started college recently and felt burntout, so I dropped my cellphone

Everyone says the first step to feeling better nowadays is dropping your phone, so I did it. I'm here to encourage you to get rid of your phone and social media, social media is killing the internet, everything looks boring and the same, start reading, drawing, journaling, start creating! I reduced my screentime and now I feel a lot less stressed and much more motivated and productive, now I have motivation to make my uni assignments and also work out, take care of my health and have time for my hobbies. Put your cellphone down, it's killing your brain!!
